The one thing I'd like to point out on any potential bill that regulates NIL payments and it's chances in Congress. While it may or may not have bipartisan support, I'm not really sure that a bill sponsored by Tommy Tuberville, meant to reduce the salaries of what I'm sure he sees as privileged black athletes, is going to get support from other Senators like Marsha Blackburn and others who rep states that have schools that benefit from large donor funded collectives.
