I respect the energy of claiming the White American Macaroni Championship and then dropping the recipe. A real one. Best college football content in the game. Andy and Ari ain’t dropping no recipes.

What size are the bags of cheese? Or if we shred our own cheese, what amount?
Standard 8 oz bags but if you go bigger it's fine.
I got a real chuckle that the measurement size for the cheese was “bag.”
It's an inexact science!
I can appreciate a DUDE recipe that doesn’t adhere to scientific measurements! A dab, a dish, a fistful, a bag…
My grandfather’s chicken barbecue recipe doesn’t specify a time or temperature to determine when the food is done - just “five beers.”
Sent wifey your instructions this AM. And it just came out of the oven!

Bold move not shredding your own cheese
I rarely shred my own cheese for anything with the exception of not buying pre-shredded parm for pastas.
